First time clients
All first time clients must schedule a consultation to receive medical clearance BEFORE you are able to make an appointment for treatment.
Our client’s safety is of the upmost importance to us. Therefore, it is required that all clients must initially be seen and medically cleared by our physician’s assistant to ensure your health and safety are not compromised by any treatments provided. Once a client has received medical clearance for the procedures desired, that clearance is valid for one calendar year.
