Cancellation policy/ No show policy

We understand that there are times when you must miss an appointment due to emergencies or obligations for work and family. However, when you do not call to cancel an appointment, you may be preventing another patient from receiving treatment. Conversely, the situation may arise where another patient fails to cancel and we are unable to schedule you for a visit due to a seemingly “full” appointment book.

If you need to cancel your appointment, we respectfully request at least 24 hour notice.

If an appointment is not cancelled at least 24 hours in advance you will be charged a $50 fee.

We understand that delays happen, however we must try to keep other clients on time. If you are more than 10 minutes late for your service, we may not be able to accommodate you. In this case, the same cancellation fee will apply. We will do our very best to reschedule your service for another time that is convenient for you.

If a client is 10 minutes past their scheduled time you will be charged a $50 fee.

We require a credit card to hold your appointment. Cancellation fees will be charged to your card on file.


In the event of a true, unavoidable emergency, your cancellation fee may be applied to future services.


Our goal is to provide a quality experience to all our clients in a timely manner. No-shows, late arrivals, and cancellations inconvenience not only our providers, but our other clients as well. Please be aware of our policy regarding missed appointments.

Appointment cancellation

When you book your appointment, you are holding a space on our calendar that is no longer available to our other clients. In order to be respectful of your fellow clients, please call Skin Tight as soon as you know you will not be able to make your appointment.


If cancellation is necessary, we require that you call at least 24 hours in advance.
